After completing The Citizens Bank’s unique, Spanish-Mediterranean style branch office in
Bemiss, GA, Design Build Concepts was asked to commence work on the bank’s Nashville corporate office, which had been
targeted for a greatly needed renovation and expansion.
DBC’s team successfully renovated the bank’s existing 6,500 square feet main office and added 3,500
square feet of additional space while maintaining full operations throughout the construction phase. Design Build Concepts’
extensive experience with complex renovation/expansion projects ensured the bank’s complete satisfaction through proper
planning, management, and execution.
