First Freedom Bank
John Lancaster, President/CEO
Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
4,400 total square feet
As a newly chartered bank, First Freedom Bank sought to create a brand steeped in patriotism and chose
Design Build Concepts to incorporate this theme into the design of their first branch office. DBC’s team developed an eclectic
exterior design combining elements of classical, colonial, and modern architecture featuring a large clock tower resembling that of
the early American icon, Independence Hall. A stately brick façade and classic arched windows overlook a curved portico, while
numerous white columns stand sentry across the rounded building front.
The interior of the 4,400 sq ft facility is highlighted by the continued patriotic theme, artwork, and traditional stained wood
millwork. Customers enter through the grand atrium lobby and have access to two waiting areas, a coffee bar, and a media bookcase,
while younger patrons enjoy a children’s play area.
