This renovation project is a great example of how Design Build Concepts'
team of architects and interior designers can overcome a
building's unique challenges and create stellar results. The
bank needed additional office space but had little room to
expand in their landlocked downtown location. With little
surrounding space to grow outward, the building expanded
upward with a second-story addition. The addition provided
space for the bank's operation functions as well as a
conference room, employee lounge and president's office.
The project also required a great deal of site work in
order to accommodate two new drive-up lanes, which were
relocated from the rear of the building to the side of the
building, and a new parking lot that was added to the back of the building.
This unique design utilized a wrap-around balcony with a
decorative railing and a corner tower to recreate the design
of a historic Clifton hotel.
