Tennessee Bank & Trust, a division of Farmers Bank & Trust Company in Blytheville, Arkansas, sought Design Build Concepts' expertise to design and build a 9,000 square foot main office in a thriving area of Franklin, Tennessee known as Cool Springs. New to the greater Nashville area, the bank wanted to design a facility that would attract new customers and compliment the bank's wealth management focus.

Bank President Steve Bell was instrumental in the planning and design of the bank's new facility. "We have worked closely with the design team to create an attractive building that...has been designed with the needs of our customers in mind,” Bell said.

Customers have the option of using an express teller lobby, which provides day-to-day deposit and withdrawal services, or a more private customer service lobby, where they can discuss their specific banking needs in a more comfortable sit-down environment.
