We introduced the Quick Start™ program (QSP) in 1999 to provide immediate solutions to banks and credit unions needing a new branch office or an express office facility (remote drive-up facilities). In order to fast-track these projects, there are some limitations as to the kinds of changes clients can make to a QSP design. But, there are also many options left for their consideration. Options include, but are not limited to, the number of drive-up lanes, type of vault, number of teller windows, number of offices and of course, exterior and interior finishes, giving clients the freedom to distinguish their facility and make it unique to their brand.

Quick Start™ Branch Office Program

This versatile Master Plan has approximately 3,500 square feet of heated space. You can choose from one of the four exterior elevations below, or custom design your own. There are many options for the interior layout including number of teller windows, number of offices, size of closing room and types of vault.

In addition to our 3,500 square foot plans, we also have a smaller Quick Start™ Branch Office that offers approximately 2,200 square feet and incorporates many of the same features found in the larger program.

Quick Start™ Branch Express Office Program

DBC currently has Master Plans for Remote Drive-Up Offices ranging from 369 to 626 square feet of heated space. All have a kitchenette alcove and private restroom.
